On July 3, 2021, at 15:00, the Multimedia Center of Traditional Music hosted the ceremony of receiving the dombra of the Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Adambekov Meyrhan Saidiuly.
In his article «Looking to the future: modernization of public consciousness», the Head of State, the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. A. Nazarbayev, speaking about the preservation of national identity, stressed: «Our national traditions and customs, language and music, literature, in a word, the national spirit, should remain with us forever. The wisdom of Abai, the pen of Auezov, the heartfelt lines of Jambul, the magical sounds of Kurmangazy, the eternal call of aruakh are only part of our spiritual culture.» In order to implement this project, the dombra of the Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Adambekov Meyrhan Saidiuly, who made a contribution to the Arka Traditional Music School, was officially accepted to the museum.
Adambekov Meirkhan Saidiuly was born on July 1, 1958 in the village of Tomar, Karkaraly district, Karaganda region. Singer, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He graduated from the Almaty Variety and Circus Studio. Soloist of the concert association named after K. Baizhanov, he was the director of the Tattimbet College of Art.
